Continuous protein precipitation

Purification is a crucial step in the process of protein production because it is often long, costly and has a very important impact on the yield of the production.  

In most cases, purification is achieved by chromatography or precipitation techniques. However, these techniques can still be improved, especially for industrial use, where there is a great deal of room for improvement in terms of yields and lower production costs.

In this context, we are developing a precipitation process allowing to continuously purify any kind of protein. The objective is to be able to purify large quantities of proteins quickly while having a very high purity rate, which would allow to improve considerably the existing processes.
